Esperanza Fintech (Securities) Limited ("Esperanza") is pleased to announce that, on 30 March 2026, Hatcher Group Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") (Stock Code: 8365) provided a voluntary update on the latest business development of the Group regarding its tokenised investments.
The Group announced that they are in the process of planning a series of investor engagement activities, such as roadshows, in relation to its investment in CNBLUE Bangkok, and is negotiating the subscription of a new tokenised investment for a theatre performance. This progress in collaboration signifies the continued deepening of both parties’ cooperation in the field of tokenised investments, and further demonstrates the practical application and expansion of the Company’s compliant tokenised investment model within the cultural and entertainment industry, injecting new momentum into the integration of Hong Kong’s cultural sector and financial technology.
Tokenised Investment Relating to the CNBLUE Bangkok Concert: Actively Advancing Investor Engagement Initiatives to Enhance Market Awareness
Following the completion of the subscription relating to the CNBLUE Bangkok concert, the Group is in the process of planning a series of investor engagement activities, such as roadshows, and to enhance the market visibility of the project. These initiatives are aimed at enhancing market awareness and understanding of the tokenised investment product, as well as the underlying event, i.e. 2026 CNBLUE Live World Tour ‘3logy’ in Bangkok.
The relevant investment token, "CNBLUEBKK", was officially listed on 20 March 2026 on the over-the-counter secondary trading platform operated by the Company (the "Espetopia Platform"), providing Professional Investors with a 24/7 trading channel. The token is issued by a dedicated fund under the Company and managed by Esperanza as the fund manager. This project represents one of the Company’s key initiatives in combining Real World Assets ("RWA") with premium cultural and entertainment intellectual property, ensuring that the project operates in full compliance with the regulatory framework of Hong Kong.
2. New Subscription of Tokenised Investment Relating to a Hong Kong Theatre: Esperanza and the Group are in negotiations for a new subscription of tokenised investment relating to a Hong Kong theatre production.
The Group further announces that they are in the negotiation process for the subscription of a new tokenised investment managed by Esperanza, which relates to a theatre performance co-produced with a leading film enterprise in Asia and expected to be staged in Hong Kong during the period from July to August 2026.
