Bringing FinTech Innovation to the Stage: Chris Wong’s 40th Anniversary Concert!
Esperanza's January 2026 announcement concerning the Chris Wong 40th Anniversary Concert and its planned special-purpose fund.

Original release · 21 January 2026
This is Esperanza’s announcement as published at the time. It is a historical company record, not a statement of current product availability or regulatory endorsement.
Esperanza is thrilled to announce our second major project in the entertainment sector: a strategic collaboration to launch "Chris Wong 40th Anniversary Hong Kong Concert 2026". As a co-organizer, we are proud to celebrate this milestone for a local icon while redefining how entertainment is financed.
Why FinTech for Live Entertainment?
A common question we heard is: "What does FinTech have to do with a concert?" At Esperanza, we believe the entertainment industry is ripe for capital markets innovation. Traditionally, concert financing has been a "closed-door" asset class. We aim to change that by applying institutional-grade financial technology to bridge the gap between fans, investors, and the creative arts.
Key Project Features
Dedicated Special Purpose Fund :
Esperanza will establish a special purpose fund specifically for this concert, allowing eligible investors to participate directly in the investment returns of the event.
Tokenization Roadmap :
In line with our FinTech Roadmap, the fund is designed to be tokenized (subject to regulatory approval). This infrastructure aims to provide seamless access, enhanced transparency, and a superior transfer experience compared to traditional private equity structures.
Empowering Local Industry :
This project represents another significant step in deploying capital market solutions to support the growth and sustainability of Hong Kong’s local entertainment ecosystem.
Looking Ahead
Esperanza remains committed to building the "FinTech x Entertainment" vertical. We will continue to develop digital asset solutions that bring enriching, high-utility experiences to our users while providing robust financial backing for world-class entertainment.
Stay tuned—this is just the beginning of a very exciting season. More announcements will follow soon!

Context and qualifications
On 21 January 2026, Esperanza announced a collaboration concerning Chris Wong's 40th Anniversary Hong Kong Concert 2026 and identified itself as a co-organizer.
The company presented live-entertainment financing as an area where capital-markets infrastructure could connect eligible investors, fan communities and creative projects.
Esperanza said it would establish a special-purpose fund for the concert so eligible investors could participate in the event's investment returns. The fund documents, rather than this announcement, define the instrument and investor rights.
The release described tokenization as a roadmap subject to regulatory approval and associated it with access, transparency and transfer processes. It did not say approval, issuance or trading had already occurred.
Esperanza framed the project as part of its FinTech x Entertainment vertical and as support for Hong Kong's entertainment ecosystem. Those are stated objectives rather than evidence of funding, performance or economic impact.
Current project availability, eligibility, terms, risks, transfers and investment outcomes must be verified from the relevant current product documents and later dated transaction records.
